A. Unlock Passcode
1. Choose MediaTek / Flash / Sever / Brand / Oppo / Model / A16 /Format Data.
2. Turn off the phone and hold volume up and down and plug the usb in.
3. Wait for the process to be complete.
4.Unplug the USB and turn on the phone.
5.The phone will boot into Recovery mode ,then wipe all data.
6.Type the pin code that appears .
7. Reboot the phone or it will automatically reboot .
B. Unlock FRP
1. Choose Erase FRP
2. Turn off the phone and hold volume up and down and plug the usb in.
3. Wait for the process to be complete.
4.Unplug the USB and turn on the phone.
